Called and asked if they had specific lumber in stock the day before a visit; it was confirmed. Drove 2.5 hours to their store. They tell me in person they do not sell that dimension. They were not apologetic or interested in finding a reparative solution. Unprofessional nonsense.
While visiting family we went to the Wood Shed and were pretty pleased with the selection. The wife does wood engraving and was happy to find some very nice pieces for charcuterie boards. Nice friendly staff as well.
What an incredible place. We picked our wood, finish and table base and the incredible team brought it to life. An amazing gem of a place with very talented woodworkers.
Great selection of plywoods in different species of wood hard to find elsewhere for reasonable price, lots of live edge material including table tops, and other lumber. Worth the trip.

The only issue I had was deciding what to buy ! As we walked around another corner there was something else we wanted to buy for our project. The big box stores have seen us for the last time for wood . Well worth the drive to Smithville.
