There's a lot of options for pizzas. The crust are crispy and was made perfectly. Sauce are well blended with the toppings and was served on time. It was flavorful and made evenly. Employees are friendly as well as the ambiance. It's a bit pricey but the quality of food is great. I'm gonna probably order next time and highly recommended.
This is my SECOND attempt to order from Pizza Hut Smithville location. The first time was a complete let down in all aspects. (Ordering process, not fluent in English, size/quantity for the price, delivery was an hour late, and they forgot our drinks) That was in 2022. 3 years later, I decided to give them another try because I recently enjoyed Pizza Hut at my friends home in Hamilton and it was really good. I called Smithville Pizza Hut to order.... "Hi my name is Melissa, is this for pick up or delivery?"....Delivery. "What's your phone number?".... I gave her my phone number. "What's you name?"....Why is my name even relevant for a delivery order?? ?♀️ I said, "the question you should be asking me, what is my address?!" Then she asks me what city I'm in? I told her I was in Smithville and asked what city she was in? She was at a call centre in TORONTO! The local "Smithville" number this Pizza Hut uses, reroutes your call to Toronto, 100 km away!! I asked if it was possible to speak to someone at the Smithville location to place my order? "Okay, please hold, I will connect you". After 3-4 minutes.... "Your temporary password has expired. Please contact your system administrator". ...Dial tone. ?♀️ But wait, it doesn't end here! I try ONE MORE TIME! ? "Hi, my name is Melissa. Is this for pick up or delivery?" I asked her if she was the same Melissa I had just spoken to minutes ago?.....no sound. I said "Hello! Are you there?".... Dial tone again! I won't bother to try Smithville Pizza Hut EVER AGAIN! This small town already has Nino's pizza, Gino's pizza, and also the Smithville Pizzeria! Pizza Hut won't survive here with the service they provide! Buh-Bye? Update: Response to their response. I did not provide my name when ordering. I used my phone number and address to place my order. Your 'database' will have that info! "Please contact us directly to provide more details on your experience". Buddy, could my review BEEEE any more detailed!? ?♀️ I have no reason to contact Pizza Hut THREE times! As I already explained, this small town has many other better options.
One of the few places where i love to visit. Service as always expected ,excellent and i have ordered Delivery many times which is done by a nice fella who greets me and make my experience worth it.
Using a call centre for your orders is a massive disservice to the community. We have previously been able to get in touch directly to place our order and now the person taking calls in from a centre. Can't understand the name of town and then argues with locations. Sorry you lost my future business.
Pizza is decent but expensive. Refused to honor our coupons.. why do they spam them in our mailbox if we can't redeem them? Service is poor, staff is rude.. asked for extra seasoning on our bread sticks after last time, once again got little to no seasoning at all. Lots of pizza places in town, hopefully they can improve.
They were horrible. First, the lady on the phone when I called to inquire about where our pizza was, was rude, and They use Door dash and not their own drivers so my pizza didn’t get to our house until 2 hours after we ordered it because they were waiting for the driver to come up from Beamsville. Will not order from them again.
The pizza is always good, but the delivery is NEVER on time, it’s usually 30-45 minutes PASSED the delivery time. Most of the time I have to call and then it’s here within 10 minutes. Today I ordered a pizza at 9:50am for delivery at 11:30am-11:45am, it’s now 12:20pm and they still haven’t come and they’re not answering their phones.
